Spices & Herbs
When we started one of our biggest challenges was that we could only pick a couple of spices to sell in our first “batch”. We had to find a couple of spices that would tell the story of the rich history of the Silk Road and Uzbekistan. All of our spices have a story to them, like the Uzbek Spice mix, it tells the story of the joy of the ordinary. The one simple spice that fits for everything without becoming the center of the show. Or our Chilli flakes which shows us how the Koreans removed from their homeland maintained their culture in an ever-changing world.
